Why are delivery times longer than average ?
Deliveries can be in the region of 30 to 45 days depending on the manufacturer and their location.
In order to keep costs down to you our valued customer we source items from around the world at best prices. We do not charge for delivery in order to compensate for the extended delivery times.
Delivery times can sometimes be quicker than this, but cannot be guaranteed.
Can faster delivery be requested ?
We are working on this and an announcement will be made when a low cost fast delivery service is available to you.
Can I return my items if I change my mind ?
Yes. We will accept return of goods without any questions, within 14 days of you receiving those goods.

What if my item is broken or doesn't work ?
If you receive an item that is broken you can return to us and we will pay the cost of the return shipping for you.

Are all items returnable ?
No. Unfortunately not all items are returnable for a refund due to the nature of the goods. This is generally items that are customized, consumable or perishable, sale items, or items with health or safety issues.
This fully falls in line with current eCommerce legisalation.
