We recognise that there will be instances when returns are necessary and thankfully only reflect a small percentage of customer experience.

Returns during 14 day cooling off period.

Returns will only be accepted to qualify for a full refund if goods are returned within fourteen days from the date of delivery. If date of delivery cannot be verified an allowance of 60 days from date of order shipment to you will be substituted as the “cooling off period”.

Customers must first obtain a returns code from bohorebels.com customer service prior to returning any items. If a return is made without an official returns code no refund will be made and no responsibility will be accepted for any items sent to us.

Please note that any goods returned within the terms of the “cooling off period” all goods must be returned in original packaging unused and in new resalable condition with the appropriate bohorebels.com returns code.

The cost of shipping the returned item/s is payable by the customer.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and receipt by us, therefore it is up to the customer to obtain a registered service. No responsibility will be accepted for goods that do not arrive at the returns address,

 

Return of Faulty Goods

Up to a period of 30 days from date of delivery or if the delivery date in not verifiable, up to a period of 90 days from date of shipping to the customer by bohorebels.com, returns will be accepted with a returns code.

Please note that all goods supplied by bohorebels.com are deemed only suitable for domestic use unless otherwise stated.

Goods that are found to be faulty through misuse or from conditions outside acceptable use, and acceptable wear and tear will not be eligible for refund. If goods returned to us are in this condition a return of the goods to the customer will only be made on payment of shipping costs by th customer in advance of return to the customer.

All returned items must include all packaging and accessories originally supplied.

A refund or replacement of item will be given when the fault if verified as described by the customer.

bohorebels.com will refund reasonable shipping costs incurred by a customer for the return to us of faulty goods. If a customer decides to return via a courier service such as DHL, UPS or FedEx then the customer must accept the return shipping costs. Reasonable return shipping costs will be no higher than 50% of the value of the goods and returns must be made through standard postal services. If return costs are higher than 50% then refunds will have a ceiling at 50% of the value of goods. Any return at a cost higher than 50% value of goods, in order to qualify for a refund, must have the shipping amount cleared for refund from customer services prior to the return of goods.
